Zinc explored how conversational AI could make performance reviews easier. It combined weekly employee check-ins, feedback captured from meetings, and AI-generated insights to help managers prepare reviews and development conversations.

Users could add Zinc to ad-hoc meetings or sync it with their calendar. The meeting bot joined selected meetings and recorded audio and participant names. After each meeting, Zinc transcribed the audio and used it to generate an analysis report, which users could also view on the platform. These meeting insights, together with weekly PULSE check-ins, helped managers prepare performance reviews and development conversations.
